Ken has been consulting in the Ottawa area for over thirteen years, specializing in Human Resource strategy development and change management. Ken was the founder of Career Quest Management Inc.

His passion is career management and he has personally assisted over 1000 clients move forward to rewarding positions, often in areas they had not considered but which they discovered felt right for them.

Prior to his consulting career he worked in senior and executive positions with The Royal Bank, the high technology sector, the federal public service and Alcan Aluminium. He has extensive experience working with clients in the high technology, legal, insurance, banking, and financial sectors as well as clients moving from the military and public service to private sector positions. He is entrepreneurial and has started three corporations of his own, as well as consulting in hundreds of startups from home based businesses to organizations of over 5000 employees.
