Rockhurst has been in business since 1990. We initially offered consulting services in change management, HR management and training. In 1994 we began specializing in career management and executive coaching. Rockhurst Consulting Group was re-named as Rockhurst Careers Group in 1998 to reflect this change in business focus. Ken Zaborniak is principal consultant and founder of the firm.
