Description We are currently seeking a web application developer to join our fun and dynamic RedDot content management system team. You will have the opportunity to design and build leading-edge, user-friendly content management solutions for a high-profile, international client base. As well, you will be working in a creative, fast-paced work environment with plenty of social perks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in web application development, with skills including ASP, HTML, CSS, client- and server-side scripting, and website configuration and deployment. Any SQL Server, ASP.NET, and/or other object-oriented programming experience, as well as any client-facing experience, would be a definite asset.

The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and team skills, with a proactive outlook and the ability to find creative solutions and a desire to learn new technologies. The ability to comprehend business drivers outside the developer scope would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
-Perform requirements analysis of client websites or web concepts to be implemented in CMS
-Design and document CMS architecture
-Work closely with project managers to plan and meet deliverables
-Develop and manage tasks and deliverables
-Deploy finished projects to client environments
-Prepare documentation for content authors and administrators
-Deliver onsite client training
-Some business travel require

Required Skills:
-ASP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or other web scripting languages
-Web application development and configuration
-Analysis and documentation
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
-Ability to work independently and proactively
-Client-facing “soft skills” communication and leadership
