Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience
Experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in coordinating administrative activities in the office of a senior manager, including arranging meetings and coordinating agendas.
Experience in providing support services relating to the preparation of reports.
Experience in using document tracking systems.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Willingness and ability to work overtime, often on short notice.
Reliability Status. This factor is not used at the pre-selection stage. The Department is responsible for the Security Clearance process.
The following merit criteria may be required for this position. Applicants should indicate in their application if they meet the merit criteria.
Experience in applying finance-related administrative procedures within the Public Service.
Experience in using call tracking systems.
Experience in drafting minutes.
Experience in compiling information and in generating reports in Excel.
Experience in using FreeBalance.
